Our Operating Principles
Our Operating Principles
At Selene Brighthouse, we are dedicated to fostering a dynamic and empowered community of women investors. Participating in our programs will provide investors with valuable resources and opportunities that enhance their financial acumen. Through advanced financial education, expert insights, and strategic networking opportunities, we strive to support and elevate investors, enabling them to achieve even greater success and confidence in their real estate ventures.
Based on current market conditions, we see numerous opportunities for accretive property consolidation strategies with targeted exits to larger investors currently unable to efficiently deploy capital into the property types we favor with small individual assets and highly fragmented ownership.
Our process creates value in three distinct ways:
Implement physical and operational improvements to allow for higher rents and occupancy
Create scale by consolidating small assets in portfolios
Standardize operations to streamline the integration into an institutional portfolio at exit
